A Conversation on Navigating Mental Health During the COVID-19 Pandemic with Our CAPE Mental Health Clinic Staff

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Commonpoint Queens’ CAPE Mental Health Clinic has put together a panel on navigating mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic moderated by Clinical Outreach Coordinator Jordana Davidson. CAPE Clinician Social Workers Ruth Finkelstein, Enid Miller, and Shelley Hoffman spoke about managing anxiety, maintaining routines, handling conflict, and staying connected.

CAPE is an outpatient mental health clinic based in Little Neck, Queens, with 12 satellite locations throughout Queens. CAPE is offering individual, group and family tele-psychotherapy, individual telepsychiatry (including assessments and medication management), individual telehealth monitoring and telephonic peer support for the community during the COVID-19 crisis.
