The common assumption with getting older is that decline is inevitable. We expect to have difficulty moving. We expect to have aches and pains. But what if we could push back the tides of time to help you move better with less pain? Your brain has a huge impact on how you move and what you feel. If we improve how your brain is working, we can see a significant improvement in these areas. Brain-based bodywork is a great way to do just that. In this workshop you will learn simple but effective exercises to improve your balance, reduce your pain, and maybe even make you feel a little bit younger – all by helping your brain and body get on the same page. The exercises are safe and effective for all abilities and all body types, and can be done without any additional equipment.
