Commonpoint Queens is excited to offer a FREE College Prep Bootcamp at the Youth Opportunity Hub in Jamaica! This 2-day event will focus on exploring key topics to the college application process.
Both days will include TWO sessions: AM (10am-12pm) and PM (1pm-3pm)
- Freshmen & Sophomores ONLY: Tuesday, December 27
- Juniors ONLY: Wednesday, December 28
- Seniors ONLY: TWO DAYS AVAILABLE: December 27 (AM: 9am-12pm/PM: 1pm-4pm) OR December 28 (AM: 9am-12pm/PM: 1pm-4pm) to work on ANY of your applications: College Apps (CUNY, SUNY, Common App, Black Common App) and Financial Aid (FAFSA, TAP) – parent(s) are welcomed to attend.
At the end of each session, enrolled 9th-11th grade participants will have extensive knowledge and understanding on the key components on how to best prepare for college. Enrolled 12th grade participants will have completed their college/financial aid applications.
