Do you enjoy cooking? Turn it into a career! Join us for an in-person information / recruitment session for our Culinary Arts Training on Thursday, April 18 at our Silver Hub.
Come learn about our Culinary Arts Training, its requirements and rules, meet our chefs, and receive a tour of our kitchen.
Commonpoint Queens helps NYC residents find jobs and employment opportunities throughout the city. Commonpoint offers a 12-week culinary arts training (Mondays – Thursdays from 9am-1pm) that trains participants for careers as sous chefs, line cooks, directors of culinary, and more! Participants learn knife skills, common cooking techniques, and how to scale up recipes for large crowds. ServeSafe and NYC Food Handlers’ certifications are included in the curriculum.
