Your income must be under $65,000 to qualify and appointments are required. Please bring with you:
- Picture ID (for everyone on the return)
- A copy of last year’s Tax Return
- Social Security Cards (for everyone on the return)
- All Tax Documents (W-2, 1099, 1098, etc.)
- Voided check (for direct deposit for your return)
- Proof of Medical Insurance Coverage
- Interest Earned Statements
