We’re excited to announce that we will be hosting a Free Virtual Fitness Week July 6-9 so you can beat the heat and get fit in the comfort of home!

Our full schedule of virtual fitness classes will be offered for free, including our Morning Workouts, Exercise for Daily Living, Kickboxing, Zumba, Body Sculpt, and Yoga classes typically only available to members or paid participants (please note that Monday’s classes including Barbell Fitness, Chair Yoga, and Zumba will not be held due to the observance of the Independence Day holiday). Bring a friend to your favorite class or try something new!

Join us for the following classes:

Tuesday, July 6:

7:30 am – Cardio Workout Agility Training with Sheila

10:00 am – Exercise for Daily Living with Nora

7:00 pm – Kickboxing with Jennifer


Wednesday, July 7:

7:30 am – ABS-olutely Strong Core with Adam

6:30 pm – Zumba with Jessica


Thursday, July 8:

7:30 am – Strength Training with Light Weights with Sheila

7:00 pm – Body Sculpt with Coco


Friday, July 9:

9:00 am – Vinyasa Yoga with Robyn
