One year ago, our Health & Wellness team pivoted to offering virtual fitness classes for adults to maintain a sense of community and stay active during the pandemic. Since then, we have grown our virtual community to over 10,000 participants!
To celebrate this milestone, join us a for a Free Virtual Fitness Week March 22-26. Our full schedule of fitness classes will be offered for free, including our Morning Workouts, Chair Yoga, Zumba, Exercise for Daily Living, Kickboxing, Body Sculpt, and Yoga classes typically only available to members or paid participants. Bring a friend to your favorite class or try something new!
