Recycling at Central Queens

The Central Queens’ Green Committee is glad to announce that Central Queens has launched our recycling program.

It will take all of us to make recycling work!

Starting on Sunday, October 6, please be sure to recycle at Central Queens. There will be bins available on every floor for recycling and for trash. Please look for the right container: clean paper, bottles and cans, or trash.  

You will see signs and labels that tell you what can and what cannot be recycled. If you have more questions, click HERE for a complete list or HERE for a graphic.

Together we can make your community center cleaner and greener! Recycling reduces pollution and greenhouse gases. Most of us have been recycling at home for many years. Let’s make sure we recycle in public spaces too.
