Full Time Marketing Assistant – National Bourbon and Rye company  Location: New York, NY

Position Available: 1
Pay: $45 – $50K a year

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Support day-to-day execution of all marketing initiatives / collaborations / events 
  • Develop and manage project plans for key marketing initiatives 
    • help ensure deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks

 2. Part Time Program Coordinator Location: New York, NY

Pay: $17 – $20 per hour

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Oversee the mentor and volunteer program, including oversight of the Big Brother/Sister program.
  • Responsible for outreach and recruitment of volunteer mentors, helping to develop meaningful volunteer relationships, providing ongoing support and training to mentors and related staff, and generally supporting the work of volunteers throughout the agency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as a resource on mentoring and relationship-based volunteering to colleagues throughout the agency, including providing training and support for staff

3. Full Time Transition Coordinator
Location: Bronx, New York

Pay: $30 – $34K per year

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Responsible for all the discharge duties including, but are not limited to:

  • Complete assessment of youth and family needs, in reference to psychiatry, medical, vocation/education, economics, and permanency, and develop plan to address
  • Identify, establish, strengthen community linkages and resources
  • Responsible for development and implementation of comprehensive discharge plan; Provide comprehensive aftercare services to discharged youth and their families
  • Facilitates psychoeducational and skill building group programming; Support the integration of coping skills with youth and family in the home and community
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role; preferably in Human Services
  • A current, valid, clean Driver’s license is required for this position
  • Prior experience working with children, adolescents, and families engaged in mental health and/or foster care systems

4. Case Associate Location: Lower Manhattan.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Work directly with the youth in the program to implement their treatment plans as determined by the  clinical staff.
  • Routine community contacts on behalf of the Social Worker
  • Locating and ensuring appropriate community resources for clients
  • Evaluating actual living conditions of clients through home visits; conducting home, detention & hospital visits

5. Behavior Specialist Location: Brooklyn, New York

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Design, implement and monitor the Behavior Management Programs, Instructional Goals and Valued Outcomes for all individuals using the Positive Approaches Paradigm.
  • Administer and interpret the clients’ cognitive, social/motivational and adaptive living skills.
  • Responsible for accurate data collection and summaries
  • Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team process
  • Assist the Applied Behavior Science Specialists in program development.
  • Collaborate with the psychiatrists in monitoring psychotropic medications effects in conjunction with replacement behaviors and fading plans as applicable.
  • Interact with the residential individuals on a daily basis
  • Maintain a case load of up to 35 individuals.
  • Supervise and train milieu staff and managers in the implementation of behavior support plans and instruction goals/ valued outcomes.
  • Master’s degree from a program in clinical and behavioral areas and training in assessment techniques and behavioral supports plan development, as well as, knowledge of ABA programs.
  • Five years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, including those dually diagnosed.

6. Full Time Employment Coordinator Location: Queens, NY

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Assisting clients in obtaining and retaining competitive employment that is consistent with their vocational goals
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients in order to help participants secure and maintain viable and long-lasting employment
  • Complete comprehensive vocational assessment, and then vocational counseling and referrals to corresponding hard skills training.
  • Guide clients through all facets of job search, including resume revisions, online applications, mock interview sessions, and networking.
  • Achieve quarterly enrollment, placement, and retention targets
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, Catonese, or Madrian high preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Business, Psychology, or related field.

7. Full Time Corporate Relations Manager Location: Queens, NY

Pay: $50 K per year 

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Support worksite development team with responsibility for prospect research, recruitment, cultivation, and retention of targeted priority corporations. 
  • Use marketing strategies to grow and manage program’s engagement pipeline by identifying relevant industries, corporation and organizations to target for development building efforts 
  • Use marketing strategies and social to engage with community members, industries and corporations for recruitment purposes 
  • Be accountable for job development and placement targets. 
  • Ability to comfortably present proposal in front of targeted audience such as high level corporate executives, community leaders, and diverse constituents 
  • Collect data from employers related to job orders, including job requirements and skills; match job skills with applicant qualifications; refer qualified applicants to employers, and conduct necessary follow-up when applicants are placed in positions. 
  • Maintain contact with employers during participants’ employment and report results to appropriate staff; prepare forms and reports related to placement activities; track participant activity and progress through data and case notes; assist instructors in the collection of educational materials as requested. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus a preferred 3-5 years of successful experience in fundraising, corporate engagement, business development and executive relationship expansion with distinguished partners, preferably with a multi-million dollar organization. 

8. Part Time HSE Instructor Location: Queens, NY

Pay: Based on Experience 

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Develop lesson plans and adjust instruction according to the various learning styles of program participants. Maintain a collaborative learning environment.  
  • Create engaging lessons in ABE and HSE that develop student critical thinking and problem solving skills using a variety of methodologies.
  • Continually assess student progress toward mastery of standards and keep students and staff well informed of student progress by collecting and tracking data, providing daily feedback and weekly assessments.
  • Provide necessary accommodations and modifications for growth and success of all  students.
  • Attend instructional workshops and learning communities that will discuss all subtests and curriculum development for the TASC exam and ABE instruction.
  • Administer and utilize standardized assessments to develop curricula targeting the educational challenges of the students.
  • Monitor students’ performance and attendance for required reporting systems.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • The Care Coordinators will assist with patient needs. Assist with managing care and addressing social determinants of health for Medicaid recipients with chronic health conditions. 
  • Build and maintain relationship with patients
  • Conduct face to face assessments for all patients to assess their medical and social needs

2. Part Time and Full Time Front Desk/ Medical Assistant Location: Queens, NY

Pay : $15 to start, based on experience 

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Primary care physician office is seeking experienced front desk receptionist and medical assistant
  • Must have knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology, be friendly and professional with a desire to provide an optimal patient experience and able to multitask in a fast paced environment,    must be available to work Saturdays and evenings.
  • Front Desk  Responsibilities:   Answer phone calls,  direct patient and physician communications in a timely and professional manner, schedule appointments, maintain cleanliness of front desk area and waiting area , pursuant to Covid disinfection guidelines. 
  • Complete patient intake, verify patient demographics and insurance coverage in advance, and upon arrival, collect payments from patients as required, including credit card transactions. 
  • Medical Assistant Responsibilities :  Prepare examination rooms. Complete requisition forms for lab work. Assists with taking patient’s health history, vital signs, vaccinations, procedures,EKG, spirometry and collecting specimens (blood, urine, swabs, etc).
  • Medical Assistant must have Medical Assistant Certification 
  • Phlebotomy Certification with excellent phlebotomy skills a PLUS
  • Fluency in Spanish or Russian highly desired


3. TEMP Public Relations Coordinator (Patient relations) Location: Manhattan, NY

Pay: Based on Experience 

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

    • Assists with coordinating patient and family relations programs to strengthen partnerships with patients, families, staff and community. 
    • Promote patient and family centered care throughout the hospital. 
    • Responds to complaints and concerns and facilitates problem resolution. 
    • Tracks and maintains complaint database and prepares reports for leadership and staff.
    • Utilizes feedback to facilitate system improvements to better meet patient and

  1. Full Time Porter  Locations: Queens, Little Neck and Far Rockaway

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Act as a Porter at multiple Commonpoint Queens locations, as required.
  • Routine cleaning of the buildings, including sweeping, mopping, collecting garbage, cleaning of classrooms, locker rooms and bathrooms, etc., and other tasks associated with maintaining the building in a manner expected of a first-rate membership-driven facility.
  • Room set-ups as the schedule requires, and to be available for “as needed” cleaning where necessary and working in the building “whenever needed.”
  • Work toward obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License, in order to provide transportation to all populations on an as-needed basis.
  • Experience providing high quality services as a porter for three (3) or more years.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
  • Knowledge of the proper use of household tools and cleaners.
  • High School Required
  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in a not for profit organization
  • Possess outstanding social skills and emotional maturity.

  • Patrolling facility grounds

  • Maintaining accurate documentation

  • New York State security guard license is required.

2. Full Time and Part Time Security Guard Locations Queens New York

Pay $17 per hour 

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

    • Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all client’s, staff, and the property around the facility in a homeless shelter setting.  The populations served are single men and single women.  
    • High school diploma or GED and prior security experience required. 
  • Must have NYS Security Guard License, and current 8 Hour Annual Certificate. 
  • Fire Guard License (F02).
  • Certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) preferred. 
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and overtime if necessary.
