We are excited to announce the opening of our Spring semester classes! Our dynamic instructors will guide your child to reach their full potential through engaging and age-appropriate sports curriculum. Classes will begin the week of April 5 and observe social distancing protocols in accordance with New York State Department of Health guidelines. Gymnastics, Tumbling and Fitness
Learn age appropriate gymnastics, tumbling, and fitness exercises to build technique and have fun.

A fundamental gymnastics class where children will be taught tumbling and the proper use of the balance beam and vaulting horse with an emphasis on fun.

As your child begins to walk, the broader focus is to develop movement and motor skills. Our Gym Explorers classes provides a class structure that includes discovery time for your toddler to jump, climb, balance, roll and swing. Parents/Caregivers assist as their children learn, explore and most of all have fun.

Our Gym Adventurers curriculum includes activities to improve gross motor skills, balance and coordination. Toddlers have opportunity to discover, socialize and foster their independence. We combine movement and sport activities with tumbling on our dynamic play equipment for this fun-filled class.

Mommy & Me Yoga
Ages 2.5-4 (With Parent or Caregiver)
Time to take a breath and let you and your child meditate together. This class provides the caregiver the opportunity to regain strength and tone muscles while bonding, singing and playing with their babies.

DISCOVERY OPEN PLAY GYM
Choose a free extra session to play with your toddler on our wonderful tumbling equipment. Sign up when you register for classes in all Health & Fitness, Infant and Toddler gym programs. Guest drop-in fee is $10 per child per Open Gym. Monday 11 a.m. and Wednesday 10:30 a.m. are free for all registrants of Infant & Toddler Gym Programs.
