According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, the need for kids to participate in physical activity has never been higher. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) reports that childhood obesity has tripled over the past twenty years, and studies show that overweight children are more likely to suffer from low self esteem and bullying from their peers.
At the Kidz Fit Gym, our unique kids-only fitness program will give your child access to gym equipment and exercises designed specifically for them. Our gym offers a safe environment that will boost your child’s health and wellness. Our coaches will be there every step of the way to teach proper technique and encourage participants during the fitness class.

Our Kidz Fit Gym program is recommended for children ages 5-14 years. Programs are tailor-made for each child’s specific needs, including children with developmental disabilities. Each class is led by one of our highly skilled trainers and coaches, who will work with your children to lead them through a specialized workout program.
Classes and Packages
Small Group Training Classes:
(Development of strength, coordination and balance)
50 minutes, 8 week sessions
(three participant minimum, eight participant max)
Sundays: 10:00-10:50am, 11:00-11:50am
Tuesdays: 4:00-4:50pm, 5:00-5:50pm, 6:00-6:50pm (8 and over)
Thursdays: 4:00-4:50pm, 5:00-5:50pm, 6:00-6:50pm (8 and over)
If you have 3 or more interested individuals (approximately same age-range), we can create a new class for you!
Sports Specific Training
Conditioning and functional training for your specific sport.
We also offer One-hour Personal Training and Partner Personal Training options.
