Remote Personal Training

Through our customized virtual personal training program, our staff will provide a challenging workout and systematic approach to exercise for those who want to achieve specific results.

We hope that you are continuing to stay safe and healthy. As we adjust to this new reality, it is our goal to keep our Commonpoint Queens family strong by continuing to cultivate your mental, physical and spiritual well-being. We are excited to continue to bring Fitness Programs to you with Commonpoint Queens at Home. Although our Central Queens facilities are now open, we are continuing to offer Remote Personal Training!

Meet Our Trainers!

Remote Personal Training Packages (sessions will be 30 minutes long and completed by using your preferred video chat app on your preferred device):

New Clients:
3, 30-minute remote sessions + 1 free remote assessment – $99

HALF HOUR SESSIONS

5 Sessions: $180 members / $225 non-members

10 Sessions: $320 members / $400 non-members

Twenty-four hours notice must be given directly to the instructor when canceling a private lesson. If 24-hour notice is not provided, session fees will be incurred.

 

How will Remote Personal Training work?

Session 1 (Remote Assessment/Intake) – Guided by a Commonpoint Queens trainer, you will have an opportunity to share your goals, discuss your current routine and complete a health history questionnaire. With the information gathered, your trainer will then begin to develop at-home workouts for you to complete to start or continue your fitness journey.

Session 2 (Workout) – You and your trainer will complete a 30 minute workout session together. Your trainer will first demonstrate the exercises for you and then perform them with you to ensure proper form and technique.  Clients will receive a workout log of what was performed so they can do the workouts on their own.  

Sessions 3 and 4 (Workouts/Check-In) – You and your trainer will complete two more 30 minute workout sessions together. During these sessions, you will have all of your questions answered, and review which muscle groups you are using and how to build on and assess the progress you’ve made.
