NEW! Water Polo and Stroke Development
Our youth water polo program is a co-ed competitive team for athletes ages 9-15. Taught by Coach Cesar Gonzalez, athletes will develop their skills, improve their self confidence and adopt the attitudes that characterize elite competitors. Cesar Gonzalez was a participant of the 1984 Olympic Trials in Rome. Coach Cesar teaches discipline through world class coaching, and Commonpoint’s values inspire individuals to strive for success in both athletics and their community.
Join us for a 8 week session to learn water polo fundamentals, ball passing and receiving, polo crawl, ball management/control, and treading techniques.
Practices will be held at Jamaica High School beginning April 28 on Fridays from 6:30-8:00pm. Cost is $400 members / $440 non-members for 8 weeks.
