Work, Learn & Grow (W.L.G.)

What is Work, Learn & Grow?

Work, Learn and Grow is a school-year based, youth empowerment program that is designed to allow participants from the Summer Youth Employment Program an opportunity to build upon their summer experience with work readiness training, college and career exploration and another paid internship.

We offer two versions of the WLG Experience:

Career Ready WLG is designed for students between the ages of 14 and 19 who attend specific N.Y.C. Department of Education schools that our agency is partnered with. Those schools are:

  • Pan American International High School
