MLK Day of Service

Commonpoint Queens is pleased to offer a range of opportunities that will empower all members of the community to make a difference this MLK Day and beyond.

Big dreams inspire big events. We will celebrate and host MLK Day events at FIVE of our core locations: Sam Field Center in Little Neck, Central Queens in Forest Hills, Bay Terrace Center in Bayside, the Youth Opportunity Hub in Jamaica, and the Tennis and Athletic Center at Alley Pond. Join us as we honor Dr. King’s legacy together in a day of service

Activities include:

Assembling soup kits
No-sew sock puppet
First aid kits in a zip lock bag

Central Queens (Forest Hills)
Oatmeal packages
Bulb planting
