CAPE is a Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Service Program providing high quality mental health services since 1978.

CAPE’s services include individual, marital and family therapy at the clinic at Commonpoint Queens Sam Field Center. We are now offering mental health treatment via telehealth and in person at CAPE in Little Neck and our Department for the Aging Geriatric Mental Health Satellite programs located throughout the borough of Queens. Our team includes experienced LCSWs, a Psychiatrist, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and an RN. CAPE’s Peer Advocates offers telephone reassurance, information and referral, and assistance to CAPE consumers and community residents.

We provide all of our services to people who are homebound due to physical or psychiatric illnesses which impacts their mobility.

CAPE accepts most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. There is a sliding scale for those who are unable to afford their co-pay or do not have insurance. We are unique in the services we provide, the quality of those services and the access to care for our constituents.
