Learn rhythmic breathing, crawl stroke, backstroke; survival floating and safety skills are improved. Breaststroke and sidestroke are introduced.

Children learn rotary breathing, backstroke, water safety and improve upon skills learned in Level II with more technical training.

This class is for beginners. Students will learn acclimation and water safety skills. Swimmers will learn basic aquatics skills such as blowing bubbles, kicking, and putting their faces in the water. Concept are introduced through fun games and activities.
Children will learn foundational basketball skills and practice shooting, passing and drills.

Share in delight as your child climbs, balances, rolls, swings in our spacious indoor play space. The program is an open play format with each session ending with a culminating activity such as parachute, songs and bubbles.
