Career Ready SYEP Program Coordinator

Kaitlyn started at Commonpoint Queens in January as the SYEP Career Ready Program Coordinator. She has found her passion for working with youth through her experiences in several youth engagement roles. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies and is now pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. Kaitlyn’s goal is to continue advocating for and empowering youth to realize their fullest potential while fostering positive mental health and well-being. In her free time, Kaitlyn loves reading, knitting, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
