Health and Wellness at Home
September 20 begins our fall fitness schedule with new senior classes as well as classes being moved to different times, so please be aware of the changes. Our Fall Paid Virtual Fitness Package also begins this week. The package costs $112 for all paid classes through December 23. Packages can be purchased here. Enhance your workout when you work out with a group in our exercise classes. Our classes are motivating, personalized with highly qualified certified instructors. Not sure which class is for you? Call Health & Fitness at ext. 500.
Friday Morning Vinyasa Yoga
Join us for our one hour Vinyasa Flow class on Friday mornings. Stretch, strengthen, and build stamina while also learning how to focus by finding peace and stillness. This class is appropriate for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Please bring your own mat.

Kickboxing
Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Barbell Fitness
Our barbell training class builds strength, tones your body, and challenges you every time!

Zumba
Zumba is the fastest growing Latin dance-based cardio fitness craze in the country, with people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music, easy to follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits. Get your groove on! You’ll have so much fun you won’t know you’re working out.

Tai Chi
Known as “Meditation in Motion” this ancient Chinese art promotes serenity through gentle movements connecting both mind and body. This workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout.

Balanced Body Pilates
These classes use the techniques of the late Joseph Pilates to increase “core strength” and develop strong elongated muscles, flexibility, power and balance. Emphasis is placed on working with good form and alignment.

Yoga in Motion
A comprehensive and continuous flow of basic traditional yoga positions. Balance, breathing, and body awareness including therapeutic, orthopedic exercises strengthen the muscles surrounding and supporting the spine. Each session includes restorative relaxation.

Water Exercise: Aquadynamics
Both adults and senior adults with any type of arthritis can benefit from this enjoyable recreational water exercise program. Participants are led by trained personnel through a series of specially designed exercises that can provide some relief and improve joint flexibility. Dance Club
