Our Personal Trainer
Ziggy Chodor began his fitness career as a Physical Education teacher and Martial Arts Master of Kick-boxing in his native Poland. He left Poland to continue his higher education in the United States and while completing his Master Degrees, he worked at Central Queens as our Activities Supervisor for Children’s Sports Programs. After eight years in Forest Hills, he changed his focus and became an Adaptive Physical Education teacher for the NYC Board of Education. Ziggy never left his association with Commonpoint, his dedication to fitness and training, or his compassion. He continues to work as a personal trainer here, as well as at exclusive clubs in Manhattan, providing effective training programs for clients of all levels and conditions. Ziggy has an M.S. in Sports Rehab and Exercise Physiology, as well as one in Fitness Exercise. He is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise.
