As sad as we are to have to go without seeing our friends and families, our staff at both our Central Queens and Sam Field Center have been working hard to make sure that YOU can still see US!

We want to provide you with age-appropriate resources so that health and wellness can continue outside of our community-centers, with resources that we will be producing and posting daily.

We’re excited to feature exercises and activities with all of your favorite teachers, instructors and experts.

*Exercise, dance, and other health and wellness programs are potentially strenuous activities. It is required that you check with your physician prior to registering for the gym or any fitness, dance, or athletic program brought to you by Commonpoint Queens.

**We’d also like to advise our senior exercise members to note their surroundings before participating in our classes. We are working to provide age-appropriate classes, including Silver Sneakers classes, but ask for you to please use extreme caution, make sure that you are not having balance difficulties before being active, and that you have a stable ground below you if you are exercising.
